Why should teachers have to wear uniforms?

I think this has all ways been an issue of mine, why do teacher dress as if they are at a night club with the low cut blouses and the mini skirts. Our kids need all the encouragement they can get. If our teachers come to school looking very professional and prepared the kids will have a better understanding why they should wear them all so. I've seen how the majority of our schools look without uniforms and it really is a mess. Discipline starts at home but we as teacher can make things a lot better if they wore them too. I like blazers ties and stockings and no short skirts allowed. the men teacher are well groomed and Professional looking. Not looking as if they are trying to pray on the girls. Women teachers shouldn't be allowed to wear short skirts because you have to set and some kids tend to look under the teacher desk. (just boys being boys) but all of this can be nipped in the bud uniforms for students and teachers.
